Ooh! I got to sing that once! Along with the Missa Ave Regina Caelorum. Good times.
We also got “Let all mortal flesh keep silence” with proper words at St. Basil’s today.

Interesting that the text in the image is in arabic (?). Where is this from?
Do you or anyone know to whom Mary is passing the stole?

I noticed the Arabic script too. Interesting, isn’t it? The icon is Coptic, and is apparently found in a church in Cairo. I do not know who is receiving the stole.
I missed out, Kathy. We went to Mass in the early morning today. The little one’s misbehaviour reached an unprecedented peak. I spent most of the service out on the steps.
